parental guidance program

Central Mall Fort Smith is part of the Parental Guidance Program (PGR)

This program requires those under 16 years of age to be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older. All visitors 16 + are welcome but may need to provide a valid photo ID to gain access to, or remain in the shopping mall.
